Susan knows about company growth, having increased revenues for an international yacht dealership from $5M to $75M in four years. Building businesses is her wheelhouse and as Director of Operations for Frameworks, Susan plays a pivotal role in orchestrating project flow from pre-construction all the way through to post-construction. She’s an implementer always asking the question, “How can we do it better?” This approach is invaluable while guiding Frameworks’ clients and team members through the process of turning a 2D intangible dream home design into reality.
